Also bad habit's not featured include talking to self and repeating words that I had just said just said. Like that.
But no one yells at you for doing such things. They just kinda sloooowwwwly move away. And, hey, that's cool. More bubble room for me.
Yeah, so all of those things I'm yelled at for doing.
Muttering/Speaking too loudly: for obvious reasons, either people never hear me or I'm killing their ears. D: That makes me very mad when I'm yelled at for either... Because I'm ALWAYS yelled at for one or the other! MAKE UP YER DAMN MIND!
Knawing on tongue... Yeah, I nibble on it and sometimes end up literally chewing tiny pieces of it off. But you know they're only a few cells big. Slightly bigger than pinpoint. No harm done, it regenerates.
But still. I get yelled for doing it and I do it because I'm too stressed.
Hm. Yelled at for being too stressed........ no comment.
I've been pacing all of my life, but I don't get too YELLED at for it, per say, but ask WHY I do it. I pace when I'm thinking. And you know. I do a lot of thinking. I overthink a lot of things that don't need to be overthought.
I also do it when I'm roleplaying or in-character. :>
...And... the hair. My most recent trauma. I think it's starting to replace chewing my tongue, but it doesn't have a WHOLE lot to do with the chewing. It's mostly me fiddling with it in both hands, stroking it, running my nails through it, and then sliding my hand over it, bringing it up in the same motion, and running it through my lips.
So it's not eating and it's not chewing... But Dad HATES IT so much. >_o I've been smacked a few times for doing it (and by smacked I mean the emotional American parent kind of smacking, not the Asian "I'M GOING TO FUCKING DISEMBOWEL YOU AND EAT YOUR A- GRADE ORGANS FOR DINNER BITCH" kind of smacking ;;;;;;; You poor, poor Asian bastards).
RW: *nibbling hair*
Dad: You know, women who do that are sexually frustrated.
RW: I know.
Dad: You're not sexually frustrated.
RW: I know.
Dad: ...In the movies, the ladies who play with their hair always end up being the crazy ones.
RW: I know.
Dad: You look pathetic.
RW: u.u
Dad: Stop it!
RW: D: But-
Dad: *grabs scissors* OMG I'M GOING TO FUCKING CUT OFF ALL OF YOUR HAIR NOW! >____O+++
RW: NUUUUUU! D8 *runs away*
And thus RW's life progresses.
Thanks~ Hopefully I don't REALLY look like that when nibbling my hair.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
