(Sadly due poor programming on Squiby's part, even though 3 forms are free by default, they have to be create at the moment the egg was made, and adding one later would be the same as buying a fourth... even though you're only using the free third.
So if you adopted one from before, it will only go up to child form. Sorry. :C)
